New Mapping
Been bored lately, so I figured I’d start mapping something. I like the show Sons Of Anarchy, on FX, and decided to map the club house that they have. For the uninitiated, the show is about a biker gang in a fictional California city. Their club house is located at a garage, where they also fix up cars, motorcycles, etc. Anyways, I’ve started on the inside of the club house, and might expand later to include the entire property.
Right now, I’m just fleshing out the geometry of the space, which has been a pain in the ass, because all I have to go off of are screenshots from the show. It’s been a neat learning experience though, because it made me pay attention to where shit was placed, whereas before I didn’t really care, because thats not what the show is about.
On to some lame small resolution screenshots!
Not much done so far, but this was only a couple hours of work. I’ll be looking into making some custom textures, learning how to bump map maybe. More updates later!
